Nice overall experience. The rooms with fireplace and kitchen. Decent staff members, favourable location just off Buffalo, NY and Village Haven. Also, in walking distance of restaurants etc.

Fairly clean, small hotel with very very nice staff. The rooms with a jacuzzi. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good excellent location, ready to take you to the airport. Next to New York State as well as a safe area. Such great experience there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with fireplace and kitchen. the bed was quiet. - Everything was perfect. - the location was marvelous - just next door to all restaurants, the airport at 4am, and New York State. - Samuel's Grande Manor was 1 mile away.

The desk guy was not very organized gave us a key for a room already occupied. All the rooms are connected by doors people in next room were smoking and that was seeping into our room. (Gross)

This place is incredibly beautiful, with really spacious rooms that make you feel at home. the staff here are top-notch, always ready to assist you with a smile on their faces. Plus, it's situated in a great location, close to restaurants and just a short hop to the airport - even at 4am! 🌟

I booked the "Queen Room with Two Queen Beds". The beds are only Full size. The room have a weird smell. The carpet is dirty and the sheet are yellowish. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Nothing - the room smelled of mildew, there was standing water in the jacuzzi, the refridgerator door was covered in rust, there were dead and live bugs throughout, and I'm sure the room was decorated by someone with their eyes shut. I should have just slept in my car. I would never stay there again.

Friendliness of front desk staff who waited my late night arrival. It's a small mom and pops hotel so they were ready for me.

The rooms do have a certain smell. It seems like the rooms are being decorated slowly. It has a great location for where I need to go while in the area. Some rooms have a kitchenette for longer stays.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the delicious waffles.

Additionally, the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. these were minor issues and did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.
